I. How to place an order ?
You have 3 different ways to place your order:

We will send you a quotation back as soon as possible after we receive your inquiry.
1. Is it possible to order samples before placing my first order ?
Yes, we can send samples prior to an order. Please understand that samples will be charged at a price that could be a little higher than wholesale price.
2. Are your prices negotiable ?
Our prices decrease as quantity increases as indicated on each product.
We are always open to negociation in order to find the best possible agreement with our customers.
II. Delivery, customs and taxes.
1. Where are the products shipped from ?
We ship our goods directly from Shenzhen (China), or Hong Kong.
2. What is the delivery time ?
Most order are shipped within 1 or 2 business days after we receive payment. After that, you should allow 4 or 5 days for a delivery via air express (UPS, DHL, EMS…).
Altogether, you should receive your order witin 7 to 10 days.
3. Is there any risk of my goods being blocked by customs ?
We make sure that all the products that we export respect European norms, or norms of the destination country, and will supply all documents necessary for custom clearance in the destination country.
4. How is my order going to be shipped ?
Most of the orders are shipped via express air parcel, through specialized companies like UPS, DHL or EMS. For large volume orders, we are also able to deliver via sea container freight.
5. How do you calculate shipping costs ?
Shipping costs depend on the total weight, and volume of your order, and on the destination country.
We benefit from large discounts from our shipping company partner which allow us to get more than 50% discounts on UPS and EMS’s official rates.
III. Authenticity of products.
1. Are the products original ?
All the products sold on the website are either generic, from local brands.
We make sure all of them are non copy goods, even generic ones.
We can supply factory paperworks on demand.
2. Do you issue invoices, enclose them with the parcels you ship ?
Every single order we ship is accompanied with an invoice issued by SZ Redlac Limited as to make custom clearance smooth and easy. We will add other paperwork if required by local customs.
IV. Products.
1.What is the minimum quantity order (MOQ) ?
MOQs depend on types of products. It usually corresponds to the lowest quantity indicated in the prices
We sometimes can lower MOQ. Please contact us directly if you wish to order products in lower quantities than their MOQ.
2. Can you supply products that do not appear on your website ?
We regularly add new products to our website and try to make our selection as large as possible. However, if you wish to buy products that you can’t find here, we will be able to source it on our local market.

3. Are your products guaranteed ?
Most of our products are 1 year guaranteed. Please check products detail for more information as guarantees depend on the types of products.
V. Payments.
1. What types of payments do you accept ?
We accept payments via bank transfers, paypal and moneybookers.
Please note that we will add a 4% fee for orders paid with paypal.
VI. After sales service.
1. What to do in case of my products do not work properly ?
During the whole guarantee period, we will be able to exchange defective products for free.
We also propose a service for products repair out of the guarantee period.
